Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have 2 felonies one has been vacated. Can the other be expounged?

What do you mean it was vacated? You can get one felony expunged provided it's your only felony, it's a felony that can be expunged, and you have no more than two misdemeanors. Convictions that were part of a diversion sentence like 7411 or HYTA count as convictions for purposes of expungement eligibility. You're also not eligible if you've already had an expungement. What was the reason why it was vacated? Was the conviction overturned by an appellate court or did the prosecutor voluntarily set it aside for some reason?
