Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
When I was 17 I got an MIP in the state of Michigan. It has been 7 years since. Would this automatically be taken off my record or is there any chance it may not be on there since I was a minor (under 18). Or do I need to get it expunged myself?

Call the court clerk and ask. The usual result of your plea was that it was never entered into your record.
