what happens when u get 2 domestic violences in 2 different counties within 5 years of eachother?

Well, you can't take advantage of 769a like you did the first time. If the current victim had any treated injury, you're looking at jail time, more anger management, and drug/alcohol screens.
A lawyer might be helpful to keep you on the street.
