Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
3 nights ago, i became intoxicated and went for a walk in the dark which was quite stupid on my part. i have just moved to this new neighborhood in plymouth and long story short i walked into the wrong house by mistake and the owners called the cops. they showed up and took me away, and upon finding out my health issues took me to the ER where because of things id been saying, they filed a petition saying that i had to have a psych evaluation before the hospital could release me and then the cops just left. which means that i obviously wasnt under arrest. i havent heard anything else about it so i was wondering if this means that everything is going to be okay or not? thank you.

It's hard to say for sure, but Plymouth police don't let too much go. If you are contacted by an officer or detective or get a court date in the mail, please do not talk and call me for a free consultation. I have worked in that court for over 15 years. Thanks, Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
