Would the 7411 provision apply to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge??? in Michigan? and allow a person to get the record expunged?? and once the record is expunged, would the person have to answer ''yes'' on a job application asking if he had ever been ''convicted'' of a felony???

The 7411 status only applies to the "use" or "possession" of certain drugs, not drug paraphernalia.
