Doing what you describe would not be a crime, but if the parents think the two of you are having sex they can still make some trouble for you. (How much will largely depend upon how much evidence they have.)

If they are determined to keep you away from their daughter they can seek a restraining order against you. Whether they will get one will depend upon the facts.

Who do you think you're kidding? All it takes is for your girlfriend or one of her pals to rat you out to her mother or school counselor and you are in jail.

Don't think that will ever happen? Then, you know nothing about teenage girls. If you get caught, you'll register as a sex offender for at least ten years in addition to incarceration.

"Keeping it non-sexual" is bulls**t.
