Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
my 17 year old nephew is in jail being accused of armed robbery and distribution od a firearm to minors. his 11 and 13 year old brothers were the ones with the gun and actually committed the robbery but they are saying the 17 year old planned it. the police have the gun the victim has his money back and no one was hurt. what should I prepare for and what are the 17 year olds possibilities?
