If a 15 year old get a 17 year old pregnant can the 17 year old go to jail?

If a person has sex with someone under the age of 16, yes, that person can be charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct and can go to prison. Someone under the age of 16 cannot give consent to sex. Keep in mind there are plenty of other ways a person could go to prison even if the person is over 16 but this comment is only based on the limited information you provided.
