Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
if a 15 year old has sex with a 14 year old and they both agreed on having sex, the 14 year old being the girl, can the mother of the girl charge the boy for Criminal Sexual Conduct? and if so to what extent of the law?

The boy can be charged with CSC III (formerly Statutory Rape).
In theory, the girl can be charged with the same crime.
Both would (or should) be charged as juveniles.
