Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My 17 year old son was arrested with minor in possession of marijuana. He fully cooperated with the officer. He is being attaigned today, in adult court. No previous charges, and no trouble since. He confessed and cooperated at the arrest. Sho he plead guilty and continue being honest, or plead not guilty.

Ditto! If you can't afford an attorney, your son will have the opportunity to ask for a court appointed attorney at his arraignment.
