Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Hi I am 20 years old college student and I was caught at the bar with my ID (my real one I didn't have a fake) I had lied to the officer about my birthday but I told the truth about my name. I wasnt drinking at the bar although I had drank before I came there. The officer didnt read me my first and tried to convince me that I have been at that ar before which I hadn't. I got a misdemanor for disorderly conduct false ID. I wanted to know if I am going to do any jail time this is my first offense. Also I was told I am going to get a fine and its going on my local record is there anyway to get it expunged in the future?
