Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
17 years old living in Canton, Michigan. Im a senior in high school. I got caught using an electronic cigarette in the bathroom which was my friends. Security searched me and didn't find anything since the e cigarette was my friends. Because I was angry and had "red eyes" they searched my car and found 2 grand (dumb of me to keep it at school, I know), a joint roach, and 3.5 grams of hash oil. They arrested me for possession of marijuana and took the money as well. They also took my phone and said they were getting a search warrant because they think I'm selling weed. I deleted my iCloud so they can't see the messages so there is no proof of selling marijuana. If I get a really good lawyer, can I get out of this mess? Thank you
