Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have a 17yr old son was pulled over 3wks ago and vechilce was searched he was asked if he turned someone in for drugs he would not be arrested for driving past his curfew wich 1100pm. Now the narcotic cop from crawford county calls want info he says he has none to us now hes worried about being arrested 3wks later. Can they arrest him now because he has no one to turn in?
