Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I am 82 yrs of age with pre-dementia. My 60 yr old son had me co-sign for a car, I signed the purchase agreement without knowing all of the ramifications. It has been less than 30 days can I get out of the agreement? The cost is beyond both of our means.
