abolish my state
my son is looking at prison time in mi . what happens if he abolishes that state???

If he skips out of the state, Michigan would issue a felony warrant and would extridite him once he's caught. I'd strongly suggest that he not skip out but instead, call an aggressive and experienced attorney.
