Abstracting
When does the OWI plea I entered into report to the secretary of state? Can this be prevented?

It is abstracted after your sentencing. It can not be prevented unless the court messes up and does not send it but that rarely happens. Call me for questions 5862851700

To the best of my knowledge, OWI pleas are sent to SOS after sent immediately after the plea is entered, usually a few weeks before sentencing. Drug convictions are sent to SOS after sentencing.
