Accusation of sexual abuse
my boyfriend has been going through a bitter divorce for almost two years. Hi ex requested that their 30 year old daughter come to Tennessee and tell the courts that her father molested her at age 13. The daughter is hooked on drugs (courtesy of her husband). The husband is blackmailing my boyfriend over this issue. The daughter will not discuss the alleged abuse but wants money or they threaten to charge him with this in the state of Michigan. Can they do this after all these years? My boyfriend swears that he never touched her.

No. The statute of limitations expired when she turned 19.
The daughter's husband may be charged with extortion if there exists sufficient proof of his money demands.
