accused of selling pot at school

It all started when two girls got caught w/ chemicals to make meth. and a little baggie of marijuana at school. they ratted out the kid who sold it to them, lets say his name is bill. bill ratted out the kid who he got it from, who is my friend and his name is collin. i wasnt present when the transaction occured and i never came into contact w/ the girls or bill, but i was with collin that morning. the school held me in a room, searched me and found nothing. they started searching through my phone, and they took my 64 dollars i had in my wallet and took a photo of it. they told me i was accused of selling pot by three different people, ie. the girls who got caught and the kid who sold it to them (bill). the vice principal conspired that i had all the weed and collin as my ''runner''. they said he would take the weed from point A and drop it off at point B, which is untrue. so with three statements of kids who already got caught and were being interogated in rooms at our school for over an hour finally wrote my name with a few others down as drug dealers. they suspended me for 10 days and they say the police are getting involved. these statements were given under pressured interogation and they have no evidence that i was the dealer.

I can give you a clearer picture of your situation once I know your age. Oakland County tends to charge Possession with Intent to Deliver (4 year felony - ineligible for deferral) upon discovery of any evidence that you have ever held more than a one day supply.
