Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was accused of stealing from my job an then fired. The prosecutors threw it outta court because the cameras showed that i did not do it...the employer kept my last check to pay for the item that was supposedly stolen is that right? Do they have the right to keep my check when i did not do it?

No they cannot lawfully do that, especially if you have been exonerated. If they refuse to give it to you, retain a lawyer to help you.
