Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Hello! I have been accused of vandalism in a place I have not lived in a month. I did not do it, but several people are fabricating a confession that I gave them (after harassing me through texts and phone calls). I am worried that they could take me to court over something I did not do!

If you are charged with a crime, you should have an experienced attorney fight for you. Stop discussing the facts with "several people" because that seems to be getting you nowhere.
