i need to know what will happen to me as a result of me leaving the bstate without writen permison from a judge while im on felony probation for child suport

It depends (among other things) on 1. how long you were gone ;2. whether child support payments were made (by you) during your absence; 3. whether you were violated and; 4. whether a bench warrant was issued against you.

Only your judge can make that decision. Your probation could be revoked and you could be sent to prison. You should immediately consult with an experienced and aggressived criminal defense attorney.
