Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Affirmative Defense to felon in possession of firearm
Does this charge give me the right to ask for judicial review concerning the law of possession and do I have the right to question the Supreme Court on the second amendment?

Re: Affirmative Defense to felon in possession of firearm
After a statutory waiting period following the end of your incarceration or probation, you may seek judicial approval to lawfully possess a firearm.
You do not have a Second Amendment "trump card" to avoid this law.
