What is the age of consent for a male over 21, living in Illinois and a woman of 17, living in Michigan?

Depends on what type of consent you are asking about. Since this question was filed under criminal, I will assume that you are asking about consentual sexual relations. If so, the age of consent in Michigan is 16 years of age. However, if the 17 year old is developmentally disabled he/she might not be able to give consent.
