Age of Consest
Me and my best friend are sitting here wondering something. My best friend is dating a 22 year old. she is 15, and shes waiting until shes 16 becuz thats the legal age of consent in michigan. What do u have to do for ''consent'', what does it mean, etc.

750.520d Criminal sexual conduct in the third degree; felony.
Sec. 520d.
(1) A person is guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree if the person engages in sexual penetration with another person and if any of the following circumstances exist:
(a) That other person is at least 13 years of age and under 16 years of age.
After age 16, concensual sex is permitted. If your girlfriend doesn't understand what consent is, she might consult a dictionary.
