Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i was arrested for shoplifting and hired a lawyer, he was good and solved my case but i told him that i do not want this thing on my record and he said he will make sure it will not be on my record, recently i cheked it and came to know it is on my record. what should i do?

If you are having a problem with a case that your last attorney handled well, you should have your attorney clear up this problem.
