Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was arrested for shoplifting at a local store recently. I believe that the items that were stole were under $200.00 but I am unsure. I admitted to the store manager and also the police that I stole the items after being caught.

I was told that it holds a possiblity of 93 days in jail. I am currently 6 months pregnant and this is weighing heavily on me. I'm scared of the 93 days in jail that I am facing. I realize what I did was a huge mistake. I have a Driving on a Suspended License on my record from 2002 but nothing else. Also the store has sent me a letter saying that if I pay them $200.00 within 30 days they willl not go after me for anything else but I will have to face criminal charges still. Should I do this? What do I pleed at my upcoming arraignment? What is normal sentancing?

You should have any attorney to protect your record. A court appointed lawyer is sufficient. You're not going to jail in any event.
