Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i asked earlier if my case can be dismissed if my prosecutor was arrested. I should have specified he was arrested for having sexual relations with a girl as a partl for a plea bargin. is it posiable to have my case dissmissed because i was not offered a deal due to the prosecutor being sexist?

You should move the court to order the prosecutor to have sex with you so that you can get the same plea bargain.
