Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Ok i already asked this question but in a long wierd way it all started in december of 2009 i got pulled over had no insurance then i payed the ticket to the city of wyoming then i got pulled over in may of 2010 and the officer told me i have a warrant well he let me go with a date to go to court and i did not go cause i was scared to go to jail so then on july 6 th 2010 i was in meijer nd paid for everything except my pop it was 1.59 at that point store loss prevention topped me and we went in tere office they searched my purse i had nothing stolen in there however i did have reciepts that the loss prevention kept cause they said thy have been investagiting me for awile for returning stolen merchandise i also had tags in my purse for items however the day they stopped me i did not tag anything and i had a reciept for everything except the pop so they called the police i had the warrant for dwls and they took me to jail on retail fraud and dwls my bond was 700 now i go to my arriagnment on monday do i need a attorney and can the store loss prevention charge me fo anything else on monday or just the retail fraud for the pop and my dwls pleas help
