Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Assualt as a Juvenille
My son is being charged with assault less than murder he is 16 years old and my be charged as an adult since one of the other boys were, they all meaning more than one boy two of which are 18 yrs old are being charged, what is the max for a 16 year old being charged as an adult.

10 years is the max on Assault with intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than murder.
