What kinda of time am i facing for assult and battery

A&B carries up to 93 days in jail and/or $500 fine, plus court costs; possible probation, too.
There are a lot of different types of assault crimes that carry other penalties ... many of which are more serious than "A&B" and are felonies that can send people to prison.
How much (if any) jail time you get depends on the judge's own discretionary call, your prior record, victim injuries, etc.
