HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THIS CHARGE. and do you beleive my boyfriend would need a lawyer what happen is him n his cousin was together n his cousin got into it with some guys n didnt tell my boyfriend where he was taking him he jus ask my boy friend for a ride n when they got there his cousin went around back n bust out the window n the nebor saw it n called the police n when thwy came he started running n my boyfreind did to caus he was driving with no license. now they in custody in oakland county for attemp b/e n my boyfriend all ready on parole for b/e

Your boyfriend could be in some VERY serious trouble. He should hire an experienced and aggressive attorney to fight for him.
