Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have a attempted possession of a contolled substance analogue originaly the charge was a felony but was reduced to a misdimeanor I am trying to be a medical caregiver and it requires no felony convictions do think this charge could be a problem and also how can i get this off my record it was ten years ago

If you only have to report felonies, I don't see a problem. If it's the only crime on your record, you may get it expunged.
