Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Need Help With Attempted Robber/Kidnapping
I was charged with 3 counts of Armed Robbery and 3 counts of Unlawful imprisonment. They initially offered me a deal of 1 count attempted armed robbery and 1 count attempted kidnapping. But i have information regarding marijuana plans being grown. My Question is what would they likely reduce my charges to if i told them the information?
