Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I'm considering attending a party where I hypothesize there will be underage drinking. I am underage but am 100% certain that I will not be drinking/posessing any alcohol. I have heard mixed anwers on whether or not I can get in any legal trouble. I am months away from turning 21 and do not want to get a MIP or something similar. What's the law have to say?
