Atty standing in for client
In the state of Mich can an atty standin for a client on sentencing if a deal has been worked out w/ the prosecutor and the defendant lives 5 states away or more and is unable to attend due to financial hardship.They have asked me to lead guilty. take 4 months to pay 4000.00 and the charges will be dropped if completed

No, a defendant must appear in person for a sentencing.
