Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

okay so, back in october 2011, i got in trouble for having sex with a 15 year old, when i was only 17 years old, but now in februaury of 2011, i am being charged with contributing to the deliquincy of a minor, can i even be charged for this? when i was only 17 when it happened? does that charge even have anything to do with what i did?
