Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

bad check

i have some checks out there to business and a bank that i wrote on a closed account not realizeing the account was closed at the time. I can not pay the bank off alll at once but i only owe 600 left on the account to pay off. whhen i get small amounts of moneyi go ay on it can they still get me for fraud

As long as you pay the bank in regular installments within a reasonable time (no more than 90 days) you should be all right. Ask the bank.
