Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
hi i have an old bench warrent haveing to do with dui i was charges and failed to pay all fines and failure to appear to cour ti beieve , i currentl have moved to mi and have job pending, i have no income to resolve this problem what would my best steps be, what are the possible consiquences i could face being its 8 yrs old

Hire an atty who can put you on a payment plan. Make no mistake, you will need a lawyer! You will have to turn yourself in and I can see the Judge setting a high bond. A good DUI lawyer can help you clear this up.
