Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was blackmailed into commiting a crime. My family and myself's personal protection has been threatend by this group of individuals. I am now being charged with it, even though it was against my will. what are my options as of now? could I or will i be able to get off this? they had me take possessions from an individuals house. They have guns and showed them too me and made me aware my life was in danger if i did not comply.
