Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I'm out in bond for the charge of poss of marijuana, and paraphernalia. It's a misdemeanor charge, and I got a paper in the mail for a warrant for my arrest for vcsa/dangerous drug. And I haven't been in trouble since I got out so I don't understand why they sent it to me, and I haven't missed my court date. Could you maybe explain to me what's going on? I didn't have anything else on me but 3grams of pot, a grinder and pipe. I'm also in Michigan.
