Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Bond
One of my friend's is telling me she had to let her drug-dealing boyfriend move back in to HER house ''per bond agreement.'' She would have had to ALLOW this, right? They wouldn't have him staying there if she didn't want him there, correct?

It appears that your friend is the recipient of some of her boyfriend's inventory. There is a reason they call it "dope".

You are correct. The court (as part of a bond condition) cannot "force" your friend to take this defendant in. Your friend would have to agree to this. Assuming he/she did agree to it, if your friend could later change his/her mind, too ... and the defendant would have to get court-approval to live at another place in lieu of violating bond.
