My boyfriend was convicted 10years ago of being a sex offender. I feel he is not guilty. He was convicted in kalamazoo,Mi. Rite now he violated his parole. He is in cook county jail. What can I do to help him?

If your 20/20 hindsight is that firm, then two things you can do are to provide moral support for your boyfriend and to do some leg work on finding a competent criminal appellate attorney (and help pay the retainer fee) who would have to do the almost-impossible work of trying to overturn a decade-old CSC conviction. If the conviction was based on your boyfriend's guilty or no-contest plea, then any legal options would be significantly reduced (if not altogether abolished by changes in the law to limit appeals after plea-based convictions).
If the "help" is focused on the actual parole violation (not trying to overturn the old conviction), then that's a different story but you don't tell us what the alleged violations are so it's hard to suggest what you can do to help him out. He's probably being held in Illinois pending extradition back to Michigan which could take weeks or months, depending on whether he fights the action. And then once back in Michigan, he'd likely be held in jail (or possibly returned to prison) pending resolution of his violation allegations. Because the consequences are serious, he should have legal representation both in Illinois (on the extradition) and Michigan (on the violations). You might kick in money to help him hire an attorney, or else he should request court-appointed counsel.
The Prosecutor above is correct in his assessment of your matter. Also, depending on whether the alleged violation of the conditions of his parole are technical or significant, he ought to consider having a good criminal defense attorney properly evaluate the facts and law. Findings of violation(s) of parole may land him back in prison.
