Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
my boyfriend jus got arrested for two deleivery charges of herion. he has two prior cocaine and gun charges. They have no wires, visual, audio, marked money or anythign. Just a written statement from a know drug addict felon. I have hired a lwayer so he does not have a court appointed. what could be the outcome of all of this?
