Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My boyfriend was told he was eligible for SAI Boot Camp but the judge says no and doesn't have a "good" reason for saying no. What if anything can we do to get around it.

Nothing. Boot camp is a discretionary decision. The judge doesn't need a reason.
