Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
my brother said i cant give police photos from my trail camera as it wont be allowed its my trail camera could and would it be used in court, could i get into trouble if i mark the camera just saying its a felony to destroy camera

Hard to follow this question. It is not a felony to destroy your own camera. However, if you have evidence of a crime, it may be a crime to destroy the evidence.
