Buying drugs from narcartics team

Without being charged,can i lose my drivers license

No. A license sanction occurs after a conviction. So, if you did not get charged as a result of buying drugs from a narcotics team, then you will not lose your driver's license. But, just because you haven't been charged "yet", doesn't mean it won't happen. Charging delays in drug cases are commonplace, partly because the drugs have to get analyzed at a crime lab first.
