My husband was charged with a
C C W in 1992. He is retired and
seeking employment. But this charge appears on his background
report was hinders him from being
employed. How can he go about
having this removed? He is on a
fixed income and he needs to make
some extra money so he can pay
our bills we are in debt. Help
