Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
can i have case dissmed at the palimanory hering if the so caled victom refusses to show up in court on a felony assult charge aganst me. the case is bogus, the so caled victom tried to change his story. but the prosacuter told him that if he changes his story he will be chaeged with a felony! prosacuter ofered a lessor charge of misdamenor assult. ..... like i said the so caled victom made a bogus charge , the so caled victom is my brother, he is on SSI, not rapped to tight. what can i do?
