Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was caught riding a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement, i had no idea it was considered such a serious offence as a misdemeanor. The motorcycle was current with its insurance and registration and i have a good driving record. What are my options now and what are my options at my court appearance?
