how can you change the date of a pretrial conf. its for a driving on suspended, im not ready with my funds, i want a lawyer, just because of what happened that night, and my past is not good

Show up for the pretrial and advise the prosecutor that you need more time and want an adjournment of the pretrial.If the prosecutor won't agree (He will if its a first request), you can ask the judge.
